My love letter to mother earth By: Marc Bierstedt, born January 14, 1963

My love letter to mother earth.

My dearest Mother Earth,

I write to you today with a heart full of love and gratitude. From the deepest corners of my soul, I want to express my appreciation for the beauty, sustenance, and support that you have given us all.

You are the embodiment of life, the giver of all that we need to survive, and the source of unbridled wonder and awe. From the majestic mountains that reach for the sky to the tranquil rivers that flow beneath them, you have given us so much to cherish and celebrate.

Your oceans, with their vastness and mystery, have provided us with food, shelter, and transport for generations. The forests, with their lush canopies and vibrant ecosystems, have given us the very air we breathe. Your fields, with their abundant harvests, have fed us, nourished us, and sustained us through the ages.

As I think about all that you have given us, I am filled with a deep sense of reverence and respect. You are the mother of us all, the source of life itself, and the one true love that we must cherish above all else.

But I know that we have not always treated you with the respect and care that you deserve. We have polluted your air and water, ravaged your forests, and despoiled your beauty with our careless actions and thoughtless deeds. For this, I am truly sorry.

I promise to do better, to be a better steward of your gifts, and to work tirelessly to preserve your beauty and bounty for future generations. I promise to cherish you, to love you, and to honor you in all that I do.

Thank you, Mother Earth, for all that you have given us. Your love, your beauty, and your grace are truly beyond measure, and I will be forever grateful for the blessing of your presence in my life.

With all my love and admiration,
Marc
